Johnny Mosc was born and raised on the streets of Philadelphia. Growing up in the hood he had many hardships and saw many things a young boy should never be forced to see. When his mother was raped and slain by a street gang, he vowed to dedicate the rest of his life to exterminating any and all evil-doers. His strong will and vengeful passion lead him to succeed in assisting the city police time and time again. He quickly developed a reputation as Philly's #1 crime-stunner, which eventually lead to his recruitment into the P.P.D. at the prime age of 21.

By the time Johnny turned 25 he had made the front page of the city newspaper on more than 30 seperate instances. He was Philly's savior... And then while on routine patrol a call came in that would change Johnny's life, once again. He stopped the suspect of an armed robbery after the criminal shot several rounds at Johnny and used a hostage as a body shield. When all was said and done Johnny prevailed over crime, however when he subdued the criminal he was videotaped. The video was spread to the media and they made it appear as if Johnny took physical aggression on an innocent citizen - this was so very far from the truth. The city turned against him, the #1 stunner was no more... someone set him up... but who would want to do such a thing?

Johnny's career was in shambles and he was on the verge of losing his job, when the Chief of Police along with high ranking government officials, gave Johnny a proposition. They promised to give him his old job with a promotion and all his former glory, if only he would consent to a few experimental drugs that Military scientists were developing. The Scientists assured him they were perfectly safe, and could cause major permanent strength and muscle mass gains. These performance-enhancing drugs would be tested on Johnny, who was in impeccable physical health and already sporting a perfectly chiseled physique . The Government was trying to develop the perfect soldier.

Johnny had nothing else in life without crime fighting, it was his sole purpose for existance, so reluctantly he agreed to the experiments. The drugs increased Johnny's strength and muscle size noticeably after the first application. By the end of the first week Johnny didn't even realize he had nearly doubled his body weight and even grew in height! He was not allowed near a mirror, and never saw the results of his measurements, but he could tell something was not right, he was too big and too strong. One morning he woke up with tormenting migraine headaches and he swung out in anger. He put his fist right through a concrete block wall. That's when he knew for sure that the testing had to end, he was a freak!

The government refused to let Johnny leave, they said it was a breach of contract and they threatened they would never tell the public the truth about the suspect that he nearly killed in self defense. Johnny knew the Government was blackmailing him, and they weren't going to let him just walk out the front door, not with top secret technology running through his vains. With newly acquired strength, noone could stop him though. He escaped from custody and destroyed the labs, disposing of the drugs and setting the documentation ablaze. He fought his way out of the labs and fled back to the streets which brought him into this world.

Johnny Mosc realized he could not be a typical police officer. Johnny would be the police of the police, the police of the government, the police of the world. Johnny set out to take on evil-doers across the world, and now with unmatchable power. First he would have to win back the hearts of the good citizens, that is if they could even recognize his new body and deformed features. He may no longer be "Johnny Mosc", but more than ever he was.... "The Stunner"... And he would stun the world.
